Please allow 4-6 weeks for most orders (depending on the size of order and work schedule at time). As we generally manufacture to specific needs, we do not carry a big stock of equipment. Smaller orders can take less time.

Larger orders, or where custom made equipment is required, can take longer due to changing standard sizes and sourcing special timbers if required.

Freight and Packaging are additional costs and is dependant on area of delivery and method of transport chosen. Lead time quoted does not include delivery specific delivery date. Time schedule will be made clear once method of transport is agreed to.

We believe timber has a more aesthetically pleasing look and feel. We love working with timber and creating more than just a piece of exercise equipment! We like to think we are creating a finely crafted piece of furniture built to last a lifetime!

Our standard timber is Victorian Ash. We also use Jarrah, and American Rock Maple. Other timbers by request.

Yes certain timbers are more expensive, usually the harder timbers such as Rock Maple and Jarrah. Please enquire when ordering.

YES! Any piece of equipment can be modified and made longer etc to suit. Our reformers are made 200mm( 8 inches) longer than standard, but some exercises on the reformer may require the mechanics to be changed when considering taller than average clients. Please ask!

We use a very experienced professional upholsterer who has a great knowledge of foam types, thicknesses, and densities. Our reformers and Trapeze Tables feature a dense solid underlay foam and a firm soft top foam for ultimate comfort! Please ask about your own individual needs when ordering.

WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS USED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF EQUIPMENT ARE GUARRANTEED FOR 10 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

SPRINGS FOR REFORMERS, WUNDA CHAIRS AND PED-A-PULS ARE GUARRANTEED FOR 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE,

NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY IS WEAR AND TEAR ON EQUIPMENT. EG. WHEELS BEARINGS AND SPRINGS. (SPRINGS SHOULD LAST ANYWHERE FROM 2 – 4 YEARS DEPENDING ON USAGE). WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY DAMAGE TO UPHOLSTERY FROM TEACHER OR STUDENT NEGLECT OR MISHAP, SCRATCHES OR DENTS IN TIMBER.

A 50% deposit is required before commencement of work, with the balance payable before or on the day of delivery. Interstate and overseas orders must be paid for in full before leaving the factory. Payment methods are as follows.

As mentioned above the packaging and freight for each order can vary substantially, depending on the destination, size of order, and method of transportation.

Equipment can be delivered by Pilates Equipment Australia in the greater Brisbane,

Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. Prices vary depending on the above. Please ask.

We use galvanized steel wire for our springs which are made individually and manufactured here in Australia.

Other steel springs can rust leading to weakness, whilst some plated springs are subject to hydrogen embrittlement which again can cause weakness and breakage

The coned ends of the springs eliminates the loop stress of a standard tension spring, and with swivel loops on each end provide a safe and durable spring. We recommend for safety that the hooks should be a minimum 2 gauges heavier than the actual spring wire diameter.
